A word on the person who personally
oversees all customer satisfaction surveys at CSSL, working on a confidential
basis for a select clientele. That is Dr. Jim Trullinger, Ph.D., our president.
Dr. Trullinger got an early start in the research,
reporting, and analysis field as a decorated U.S. Foreign Service Officer, where
he performed certain highly classified political reporting functions in
Vietnam. There he was associated with the late William E. Colby, who later
headed the C.I.A.

"I will help make
your project a success!" ... Jim Trullinger
Dr. Trullinger also directed a major philanthropic
group overseas, Pearl S. Buck International, where, among other duties, he
managed various research programs.
Dr. Trullinger graduated from Cornell University,
holds an M.P.A. and a Ph.D., and conducted research under grant from the
East-West Center. He authored two books based on his research, the most recent

American Library Association as an "outstanding academic book of the year." He
has some facility in 5 foreign languages.
Dr. Trullinger has extensive business experience,
including years at Disney's former Fairchild Publications unit as Circulation
Sales Manager for some 30 newspapers and magazines. He directed a market
research division for Rothstein-Tauber Marketing Services, with clients

At CSSL, Dr. Trullinger oversees and in some instances
